I Stopped Optimizing My Morning (and did this instead) And Felt More Joy

I promise this is not another overly-optimized, watch-me-have-the-perfect-morning video. I've been feeling off. A quiet, low-grade kind of off, where you can't quite name what's missing.

This Is Why You Feel Blah (Even When Nothing’s Wrong)

So, like any former overachiever who is burned out, I went searching for ways to add more joy to my life. What I found was four brain chemicals — dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins — and a pretty humbling realization: I'd been accidentally starving myself of all of them. Just by living a normal modern life. Scrolling in the morning, rushing through meals, skipping movement, and it goes on and on.

How You Can Add More Joy to Your Morning Routine

In this video, I designed a morning around what my brain actually needs. Not a perfect routine or another optimization protocol (no cold showers allowed, that is psycho behavior). Just small, simple, research-backed things that actually trigger the chemicals responsible for feeling good.

If you've been in a low-grade slump and can't quite explain why, this is the video I wish I'd had. The steps are simple. The science is real. And it's a lot less complicated than you think.
